The Transplant Nephrology Fellowship is a one-year American Society of Transplantation accredited program designed to provide Nephrology fellowship graduates with experience in all aspects of renal transplantation. The curriculum provides trainees with the foundation to become the next generation of Transplant Nephrologists, program directors, clinicians, and medical educators. The fellowship includes involvement in medical education, patient safety, quality improvement, and utilization management. Clinical rotations take place at the Keck Medical Center of USC, which has full United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) accreditation for multi-organ transplantation including kidney, liver, pancreas, heart and lung transplant.

Our program, founded in 2014, has graduated 3 fellows who have gone on to have a private practice in Las Vegas, NV, become faculty at the Keck School of Medicine, and become the Chief Medical Officer of a Level 2 Trauma Hospital.
